Account Management
Currently, VoxBot does not provide self-service features for certain account management tasks through the dashboard. For the following requests, please contact our support team:

- Cancel Subscription: Request to cancel your active subscription
- Update Payment Method: Change your credit/debit card or billing information
- Modify Subscription Plan: Upgrade or downgrade your service plan
- Delete Account: Permanently delete your account and associated data

Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, email us at support@voxbot.io with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. Include your account email address. We'll process your cancellation within 2 business days.
Updating Payment Details
To update your payment method or billing information, email support@voxbot.io with "Update Payment Method" in the subject line. We'll guide you through the secure process.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted for reasonable circumstances including service outages, billing errors, or within 14 days of your first charge. Email support@voxbot.io with "Refund Request" and details of your situation. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account and data, email support@voxbot.io with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion within 30 days as required by GDPR.
Technical Issues
Experiencing technical difficulties? Email us with details about the issue, including what you were trying to do, any error messages, and when the problem started.
GDPR Data Requests
To exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, etc.), email support@voxbot.io with "GDPR Request" in the subject line. We'll respond within 30 days as required by law.
